I consulted with many lawyers and they all told me it couldn’t be done because it was a difficult case. But attorney Jack was willing to help me even though he knew it was complicated. We had many setbacks in my case, but he knew what he was doing. Yessica is an excellent assistant always attentive and on top of everything. I hired MJ Law for my immigration case and paid in full upfront. After over 3 years of working with them, there was absolutely no progress on my case whatsoever. At the start, I was told my waiver case would take approximately 6 months, then 3 years. When that timeframe passed, literally nothing had been accomplished. No interviews scheduled, no work permit, nothing. Meanwhile, I personally know people with identical cases who received their residency or at least work permits during the same period. Gabriel Jack would take weeks to respond to emails—if he responded at all. I constantly had to send multiple follow-ups just to get any reply. The communication that did happen was often vague or unhelpful. I received contradictory statements about my case timeline and next steps, which added to the confusion and frustration. After all that time waiting, my wife and I finally gave up on this firm. We paid in full and got zero results. If you’re considering MJ Law or Gabriel Jack for your immigration case, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Don’t waste your time and money like we did.

I contacted MJ Law and scheduled a consultation. I had an initial discussion with Gabriel, who asked a few questions and said he would follow up after consulting with his colleagues. I paid the firm $200 for a 30-minute consultation but spent less than ten minutes on a brief phone call. During that call, Gabriel mentioned he might need to speak with a criminal law attorney and could not provide any formal legal advice at that time. I followed up by text and email but received no response. After I emailed the firm requesting a refund of the consultation fee, Gabriel called, asked additional questions, and requested to review a document I had received. He said he would call me back to discuss it in detail, but I never heard back—no call, no email, no text. If this is any indication of how the firm manages client relationships, they did me a favor. I do not recommend this firm.
