I would not even give a one star. I paid over £600 to send a letter. They would not let me talk to a solicitor until I paid £7000. Charged me in total over £2000 to send a letter and 3 emails. Now they are with holding my papers. I had to get a advice from another company. I've now gone with them. But MKB law is not forwarding the case to them at the moment. I wish I had of read other reviews before going to this company. Please stay away at all costs. They only fuelled by money. Not once did I get to speak to a solicitor. Reference my case. Genuinely appalling service from start to finish. My case was handed between multiple solicitors over the course of several years- each requiring a meeting (billed to me of course) to explain the case each time. I felt totally dismissed by all involved- as if no one could be bothered dealing with the case at all. After multiple years, I walked away with a pittance compared to the bill handed to me by MKB Law. Would strongly encourage anyone to seek a better, more polite and motivated solicitors firm instead.
