Very happy with M&M overall, but particularly happy with the technician, Miguel, who was very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to help us on Saturday because we had out-of-town guests! He deserves 10?stars, not just 5!
I have a subzero refrigerator that is almost 30 years old, but has been acting up over the course of the last 15 years, giving me a warning. It has held in there this long, but until recently it has only cooled down to a certain temperature. I seek Help from other appliance repair people who have come out multiple times over the course a year, giving me multiple diagnosis. It has been very frustrating. I found this appliance repair store on offer up. I was hesitant at first to hire somebody asking for money in advance after I just found them on OfferUp, but I was to the point of being desperate and they reassured me multiple times. They were a legit company this proved to be 100% true. They showed up diagnosed and spent almost 3 hours and came to a conclusion and ran a leak test and then we scheduled the appointment. Upon his return, The leak test confirmed information that actually saved me from replacing a $500 part. He was very honest, very efficient and spot on and now after 14 years, my warnings that I have had on the control panel have disappeared. I am very, very satisfied with this company and Miguel. I appreciate all that you did.
The service was really good, but the parts were on b/o for a few weeks, which, if course, isn't the fault of M&M. Everyone I worked with was friendly and helpful. I had 2 different techs at my home and both were polite and knowledgeable. I hope I don't have to, but I will use M&M Electronics again if I have issues in the future.
As with the excellent service Miguel gave us 2 years ago to replace the failed compressor in our LG refrigerator, Miguel gave us exceptional service for the repair of our microwave this time also. I would highly recommend M&M ELECTRONICS and Miguel for future home appliances and electronics repair.
Had an error code as seen on the images. Once M&M tech checked the unit and determined it was the fan. They ordered the part, and now my fridge is working. Thank You M&M
