My experience was great with all the employees. I had a bike built and completed a bike fit, and the communication throughout the process was impressive. I received multiple updates while my bike was being built. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a bike, get repairs, or schedule a bike fit.
I forgot to check my derailleur battery before a ride and ran out of power halfway through. Most shops were closed on a Sunday morning, but Moment opened at 10am. I assumed I would need to buy a new battery, but Megan arrived early at 9:45 and let me know they did not have one in stock. Instead, she offered to charge my battery. After waiting about 20 minutes, it had enough power for me to finish the remaining 30 miles of my ride. Really grateful for Moment and especially for Megan for going above and beyond.
Great experience as usual. Meghan asked open ended questions about my service needs. 2 days later Vincent called me with results from his diagnosis and what needed to be done to get my bike back in shape. Service was completed on time and fair pricing like always. If your current bike shop is not giving you great service I would recommend give Moment Bicycles a shot to earn your business
Great experience working with the Moment Bicycles team! I’m newer to cycling and needed all the tips and guidance picking the right bike for me. At every stage of the process from when I first walked in knowing nothing to walking out weeks later once my bike arrived, everyone was so nice. Safe to say I’m hooked.
I was looking for a small-shop/big-hearts local place to take my bike for repairs, and I was not disappointed! These guys are thorough and thoughtful, and they took the time to explain things to me in a kind way when I asked. Special thanks to Ivan who was awesome!
