Some of the barbers here are better than others. I’ve had three different barbers over the years, and two of them didn’t really listen when I asked them not to shave my neck or go too far down—they still did it anyway. Overall, though, it’s a good place to go. Everyone is very friendly, and I always felt welcomed. I haven’t been in about a year, but the last time I visited the washroom did have a noticeable cat-litter smell.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Barber Monaco is absolutely the best! The place is super clean and well-organized, with great attention to hygiene. Their service is professional, efficient, and full of experience — it’s rare to find a place like this. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. Special thanks to Saleh, he’s an awesome stylist — professional, patient, and very talented. He always makes me and my son feel comfortable. I really appreciate how kind and understanding they are, especially with my son who has special needs (autism). Thank you so much for your amazing service and care! 🙏💈❤️

I do not recommend this place at all. While the haircut itself was okay, they were extremely careless with the sides and especially with the razor. I ended up with several cuts on my face. If I had checked the mirror before paying, I would never have agreed to pay for such poor service. When I called to complain, instead of taking responsibility, they tried to justify themselves by talking about the massage chair and shampoo. That is not what I paid for — I paid for a safe and professional haircut. This place does not treat customers with care, and I strongly suggest avoiding it.

I always have a great experience at Monaco Cuts. The shop is clean, welcoming, and well-organized. The staff are professional, friendly, and really know their craft. They take their time to make sure every cut is perfect, and I always leave feeling fresh and confident. Consistently reliable service and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

I would give Monaco Cuts 6 stars out of 5 if I could. I’ve been coming to this barbershop for over 15 years, and I can honestly say I’ve never once had a bad experience. My barber Alan is not only highly skilled and professional, but also a true friend. Every haircut is perfect—he knows exactly how I want it done without me even having to say a word, and I could fall asleep in the chair and wake up to it being exactly right. For 2 years, I was living out of town and still drove 2 hours each way just to have him cut my hair—I refused to let anyone else touch it because I trust him completely. What makes this shop exceptional is the atmosphere. He treats his clients like family, always welcoming, always genuine. Over the years, we’ve shared amazing conversations—he’s even been teaching me Arabic during my visits! His prices are fair, his work is consistent, and his whole team is professional, kind, and great to be around. If you’re looking for a barber you can trust for the long haul, this is the place. After 15 years, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Alan has my highest respects, you will not be disappointed
