I don’t usually leave reviews, but Moore & Smith Tree Care deserves one. Meagan walked us through everything with patience and real expertise, which made us feel confident we were making the right decisions for our trees. The crew worked like a well-oiled machine—respectful, professional, and careful. The cleanup was so thorough that my neighbors actually asked who we used because the yard looked that good. If you’re in the Nashville area, I can’t recommend them enough.

We hired Moore & Smith Tree Care in Nashville after getting a few estimates, and they stood out immediately. Meagan, their arborist, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the health of our trees and what actually needed to be done (not just what would cost the most). The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and treated our property with care. When they finished, the yard looked better than it did before they arrived—no debris, no mess, nothing left behind. It’s rare to find a company this professional from start to finish. We’ll definitely be using them again.

Called them out to take a look at an ash tree that wasn’t doing well and they identified that it has emerald ash bore and unfortunately was too far gone to be removed. Had a very fair price and was out in few days to have the tree removed and cleaned up and left it looking better than it did before. Great communication and overall experience. Highly recommend using them, very knowledgeable.

I recently used this business and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the first phone call to the final cleanup, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. They took the time to explain what my trees needed, answered all my questions. The crew showed up right on time, worked efficiently, and treated my property with real care. They trimmed several large trees, removed a hazardous limb hanging over my driveway, and left everything looking cleaner than when they arrived. The results were fantastic my yard looks healthier, brighter, and so much more open. Their pricing was fair, the communication was excellent, and the quality of work was outstanding. I was very impressed with the service and how fast Phillip(he is the handsome Irish man :-)) Corey and Routy came a day earlier than scheduled to get 3 trees off my roof. Cassandra was amazing at organizing everything(she is Phillip's beautiful wife) they make an excellent team. Very professional people. Never knew this company existed but I will use them again in future! Thank you all so much!
