However, the store’s ambience – and especially Mona’s approach – completely changed my experience. Gabby was great and very helpful in helping me find what I needed and tha matched and to make sure items were in stock. Thus is my 1st time shopping here at Mor and with reps like Gabby who made my experience seemless and comfortable I'm sure I'll be back again.
Gaby, was a great help. She was very professional and walked me through all my questions. She explained the option to customizing my sectional and material. She was patient and very knowledgeable on the furniture we discussed. I appreciate her giving me time to discuss with my family and not pressuring me. I would recommend everyone to ask for Gaby.
