Horrible customer service from the manager at the front desk tonight 1/13 at 2030. On 1/12 I signed up for a 5 day free pass and used the pass at a different mountainside location. I had no issues and enjoyed my workout. I decided to try a location closer to my apartment tonight with my partner. Upon entering, the staff did not greet us and the front desk work sneered at me when she saw I had a 5 day pass not a membership, rude. Then, the manager on duty came over. The employee at the desk made me fill out paperwork for no reason, he snatched the paperwork from me and said I wouldn't need to fill this out. I told him I had used the five day pass yesterday at a different location and he said well they didn't do it correctly because I need your ID. I was slightly annoyed as the process was much easier the day before at the other location and the manager seemed to treat me like a nuisance. Nonetheless, I ran out to my car and grabbed my ID real quick. While I was outside, the manager stated to my partner "yo bro is that your girlfriend? she needs to stop catching an attitude with me or she can leave." I did not know this was said while I was outside, gave the employee my ID and he got me my pass. He did not say a single word to me in the process. I had to ask him if he needed anything else and he just said no in a rude tone. My partner told me about the comment once in the car as he didnt want to ruin my workout. Will not be back. Work on your poor customer service

I freaking love this gym! Everyone I’ve met is so incredibly nice and welcoming. Justin makes the best smoothies! If you're looking for a new gym this is the one!

Been coming here for years and will continue to do so! Exceptional place. Really clean and equipment is top notch. Employees are always helpful and friendly. Justin helped me out with knowing the exact shake I wanted with just a few words from me!

Jasmine Mendoza is the most wonderful childcare manager at Mountainside Fitness. Since she joined the team, she has transformed the entire atmosphere of the children’s space, and I now feel very comfortable leaving my toddler while I work out. I had been hesitant before, but she always makes him feel welcome and helps ease any separation anxiety he has. The other staff members are also kind and do a great job caring for the children. I have been to a few other MSF locations (Happy Valley and FLW) and they also offer great childcare.

Decent gym but a little bit crowded. Very clean and courteous staff. We go here when in the area. Overall very happy with Mountainside as a gym. The memberships allow you to use all the locations. Far better than the $10 a month gyms. You definitely get what you pay for.
