I’ve been working with Pat for a few months and the experience has been completely different from past physical therapy. Scheduling is easy and he is very responsive. I started doing PT with Patrick Dumais through MovementX! I was very hesitant with doing PT at first, mainly because I wasn't sure how useful it'd be for a healed injury from several years ago. But Pat truly listened to whatever I had to say and took what I said into consideration for my exercises. Because I go to X Shadyside for weight training, we decided to use the equipment there to help as well. He's very good at adapting exercises to unique needs, quickly assessing the possible issue, and is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced with what he's doing. He clearly explains everything we do, including the importance of body mechanics and how interconnected everything is. I've already noticed some improvements after a couple sessions too. I highly recommend booking a session with him! Not to mention, I think he's a really kind and hardworking guy who has the best interest of his clients in mind.
