I placed a call to SMUD to get help on a problem I thought I was having with my electric panel box out-side my home. The SMUD support person recommended Mr. Electric and gave me a number to call. I called and the service person showed up on time and took time to figure out it was my Porch Light causing the problem. The Service Person replaced the Light Fixture with a new one and Problems Solved. I'm a happy customer. Thank You

I had my dimmer switch replaced. When the tech heard that it had sparked when we turn the light on, he expedited mt appointment. My switch was replaced with a beautiful updated one. The electrician that came was wonderful!
Mr. Electric electricians, especially Jack, worked on the electrical problems at my mom-in-laws house several times this past summer to address issues related to a partial home power outage. Eventually, they resolved all electrical problems by replacing a subpanel, which involved a second electrician, Ollie. In all cases, Mr. Electric electricians performed their services in an efficient, friendly, and informative manner. They were clear about the work that needed to be done and why, what the options were, and what costs would be involved. The installation of the new subpanel was performed in a team manner (e.g., both Jack and Ollie were very willing to explain the stages of their project at various points during this half-day job) and they at last solved all electrical problems with the house. This allowed me to then deal with minor electrical projects such as the installation of a few light fixtures. My experiences were such that I would readily call on Mr. Electric again to service any residential electrical issues.
