The customer service in this place is absolutely ATROCIOUS!!! Whatever you do, DO NOT order anything online! My 75yr old mother ordered a box spring a week and a half ago for delivery. She paid in full online and was then called and notified that she owed an extra $70 for delivery, which she also paid. She was given the run around about delivery dates. "Oh I'll have to check and call you back". She has called twice since the order and finally my husband got involved and called yesterday. The man who he spoke to was quick to respond (after FINDING her order) and said "I'm not sure how this slipped through the cracks but it will be delivered tomorrow between 11-5pm" Fast forward to today at 6:45pm... My husband just called again asking where it is. The guy on the phone called the delivery driver and it's not even on the truck! My husband then told him he needs to refund the delivery fee because this is absolutely ridiculous. He said he would have to ask the owner. My husband asked for the owner to call him directly to which the guy responded "the owner pays us so he doesn't have to talk to people" ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!! I'm sorry but that is not acceptable. Don't own a small business if you don't want to speak to your customers who are choosing you instead of big box stores! Don't leave your employees to deal with unhappy people because of the disorganization of your company!!!! I just spoke to the "representative" myself who told me he is unable to refund the delivery fee. He wouldn't even give me the owners name! I'm disgusted. What kind of owner refuses to speak to customers?? I told them to keep the box spring and refund my mother, we will go elsewhere!

Affordable, high quality mattresses made in Canada. Cam provided excellent service to my spouse and I. Very accommodating and made sure we got exactly what we needed. Delivery was also prompt and no nonsense! I will absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for furniture.

Sanskriti Thakur the girl who works there was very helpful and nice; she showed me different options and prices, and helped me to make my decision.
