A small section of siding blew off my house from all the high winds we have been experiencing in Timonium - I called MHNBC and scheduled an appointment - My Technician, Michael, was very knowledgeable and friendly. The whole process was easy from the appointment to the payment. The front office was also great to schedule the repair and they provided fantastic communication. Kudos to all at MHNBC.
I purchased a washer and dryer from Home Depot. Home Depot was useless moving the washer and dryer into the utility room and doing the installation. I was fortunate to find Mr. handyman OM as they were able to move the washer and dryer into the room and attach all the necessary parts to make it operational I was able to get next day service and the gentleman that came was a godsend. I recommend this company highly. It’s not too often did you find a company that is as competent as this company
They installed the decorative slat wall panel, wall art, and picture light. Installation was completed precisely to the dimensions I provided. The service was efficient & it came out exactly how I anticipated. There was ample communication regarding scheduling and they were even able to pick up the slats from the store morning of. Thank you for being personable and professional. I would use them again for future projects.
We needed to replace the ceiling fan in our screened-in porch. Normally, this would be a job I would handle by following the instructions that came with the fan. But at 79 years old, I’ve experienced some serious health challenges this year, and my balance has been affected. My wife insisted we find a handyman since the fan was mounted almost 12 feet high at the peak of the cathedral ceiling. After contacting 3 other “Handymen” for estimates, I came away feeling they were not really experienced with household electrical systems. I was not looking for a handyman who needed to look up how to do the job on YouTube. I called “Mr. Handyman“ and I was impressed with the professional manner they handled my call and scheduled one of their technicians to do the job. The technician (Mr. Teddy Costello) arrived on time, had his own ladders, and all the required equipment to complete the job in less than 1 hour. Once the job was complete, he cleaned up everything and disposed of the old fan and hardware. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. If you are used to doing everything yourself, but find that for whatever reason, you need a handyman, do yourself a favor and give Mr. Handyman a call. I give them my highest recommendation
We used this company for a commercial business. From start to finish the communication, the professionalism, the actual service rendered, we could not be more pleased.
