The service we received from our emergency call this morning for a water pipe burst was immediate and same-day-service on one of the coldest days here in St. Louis, MO. We were impressed with the quick response to our plumbing issue and the timing of the appointment/ service call. The plumber sent was knowledgeable and a good listener addressing our needs with professionalism. We are first time customers and will remember the service given to us today and will share this company with family and friends.

Glenn did a great job from start to finish. He was a great communicator and very friendly. After reviewing the camera footage of our pipes showing lots of roots and pipe breakage, we decided to get new PVC pipes and pipe liners. Even though it’s not a cheap process, we now have a piece of mind that we shouldn’t have backup issues in our basement going forward. We highly recommend Glenn and all the team at Mr Rooter Plumbing of St Louis! The office staff was also great as they were always friendly and helpful! We also received Cookies from them that was unexpected, but so appreciated!
Kirkwood Plumbing / Mr. Rooter came out promptly to repair our failed lateral line right before Christmas. They moved quickly to restore functional sewage drainage and had us in working order for the holiday. Very professional and extremely efficient. I would hire them again. Photo is prior to inspection, backfill and concrete.
I was extremely happy with the service I received and Bradley, was exceptional. Explained everything and pricing. Since I am I member, the service call was waived, even on a Saturday. I’m installing a new washer and the faucets were leaking and they needed to be repaired ASAP in order to prevent any further damage. I called on a Friday night and they were here on Saturday. The pricing was fair and I am very happy with the service. I am so glad I became a member.
