A specific worker of yours was staring me down the whole time and was following me around while I was shopping and when she asked if I needed anything, In the middle of me responding, she cut me off. What we are not gonna do is have your worker watch someone while they shop if they do not look a certain way and make them feel unwelcome. That is so disrespectful and discriminating. I should not have to feel rushed and uncomfortable when I am shopping. Teach your workers some customer service skills when hiring because clearly they got none. Giving this one star only so I can post, cause this place is 0 stars with their poor customer service skills ew.
Mure + Grand is the kind of shop that instantly lifts your mood. Tucked in charming Back Bay, it’s a little wonderland of playful accessories, fun prints, and the cutest self-care finds. Every corner is full of color, creativity, and feel-good vibes. The staff is lovely, the space is inspiring, and I always leave with something I adore — even if I just "stopped in to browse." A total gem!

Every employee is so helpful and the store is ADORABLE! They have such unique jewelry and the sweatshirts are so soft on the inside. I just bought 2 at the snowport location!
