My experience with this daycare started off excellent! I had an unexpected need for childcare the following day and the director, Ms. Amy, was very prompt with assisting me with the application process. I needed to be in and out to make it to work on time and the facility was open for business on time as well. I was able to call and check on my granddaughter during her stay. However, the pickup process did not go as smoothly as expected. I was met at the door by another staff member, I did not get her name, she was an Asian lady who was very cautious about identifying authorized people for pickup. I appreciated this in every way but after she successfully identified me she attempted to make me outside in the cold for someone to bring me my granddaughter. I politely stated that I will absolutely not stand out in the cold. This encounter with the young lady was very upsetting and made me feel unwelcome versus the very welcoming experience earlier that morning.

I normally have a nanny watch my kids while I'm at work, but she had an emergency and can no longer watch them. I was in a bind and stumbled upon Museum District Child Care Center's drop in service. I was a little skeptical but I decided to give it a try. And I'm so glad I did! My kids had the best day and begged to go back! Luckily they had spots open for enrollment. Ms Amy & Ms Loretta helped calm this nervous mommy and have been so sweet to my kids. Our mornings have been such a breeze because we can't get to daycare fast enough. Apparently Ms. Tasha and Ms. Zulay give the best hugs and no one can fix a boo boo as well as Ms. Amy. If you're looking for a daycare for your little ones, this is THE PLACE!

I have had my two sons in this daycare since they were both infants. We have had the most amazing experience. We were scared to leave our first son as an infant but all of the staff made us feel very comfortable and they have all done a very good job. I definitely recommend this center for all of their hard work and love that they have for each child. We also enjoy all the fun Friday themes that they do as well as the events they put on for the parents to be able to come out and enjoy.

We want to give a special thank you to Amy, Jasmine, and Tasha for their amazing care and support for our daughter. Moving from North Carolina was a big change, but you made her feel right at home. We’re especially grateful for your help with her potty training and the love you’ve shown every day. We are forever thankful for all you do. We would highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where their child will truly be cared for like family.

Our experience here has been so great! Our child has essentially grown up there as he was only a few months old when he started, and we’ve felt reassured knowing he is in safe, clean environment each day. He gets so excited about going to daycare each day! The staff is warm, caring, and professional—it's clear they genuinely love what they do. Ms. Amy is a very responsive and involved director, and each of the teachers has been awesome & easy to communicate with (the Brightwheel app makes it especially easy to get in contact with the staff). There is lots of hands-on, interactive learning that's tailored to each age group which we really like, and they even help with potty training starting in the 2 year old class! The hours are super convenient (opens at 6:30am, closes at 6pm), especially for those that have to be at work by 7am! And the cost is much more reasonable compared to other daycares we’ve looked at. Highly recommend to any family looking for a trustworthy, educational, and loving daycare in Houston!
