Marina was so friendly and helped me restring a classical guitar that belongs to my dad. I’m excited to give it back to him so he can play it again. I’ll definitely be back for my other gear needs.

The guys are really nice and give first class customer service. I got violin strings and they offered to put them on for me. I also got violin lessons for my little girl 10 years old. The teacher was very informative and noteworthy.
I took my guitar to get restrung and the tremolo now doesn’t sit correctly on the guitar and when I plugged it in there is no distortion anymore. I took it back and the lady working (Marina) said “You need to take it to a different music store, there’s nothing I can do at this point”. So now I have to pay out of my own pocket for issues they caused. I called customer service and they sent my complaint to upper management so we shall see what happens next. If they fix I will update my review.
