MUV used to be one of my favorite gyms. But where is the money going? The employees are great but the gym… how can you charge for amenities that haven’t been open in like a year. The pool has been closed, the hot tub… the sauna is straight boarded up! And now you have to make an appointment to do a 30 second InBody scan that you can do on your own?! Why? So they can try to sell you stuff?
I’ve been coming to MUV Fitness for six years. I got my membership during Covid. It was the only gym that was open at that time. I love it here. I’ve never had no issues. It’s always clean. The employees in the front are always friendly and always greet me when I come in. I live far but I refuse to switch gym I feel really comfortable here. I love that everyone at the gym mind their own business I have not bumped into no creep so far thank goodness. I definitely recommend this gym.
Awesome gym, absolutely top tier custom service and they know what they are doing. Brandon at the front desk always greets with a smile n gives great vibe to start working out. Best "Move" I've ever made to join (no pun intended). MUV is awesome.
I’ve been a member for about five months, and overall, it’s been a mixed experience. The gym has good machines, engaging classes, and for the most part, friendly and attentive staff. The women’s sauna is a definite plus, and I really like the app and food log features. However, there are some areas that need improvement. The hot tub is so heavily treated that it bleached my swimsuit from black to grey, and even after bringing this up multiple times, no one has followed up and the chemical levels remain too high. There’s also a leaky ceiling tile on the way to the women’s locker room, and while the gym floor and equipment stay relatively clean, the locker room and pool area don’t receive enough attention. Maintenance communication could be much better—issues are logged in a book, but it’s unclear how they’re prioritized or when they’ll be resolved. Several machines have been out of order since I joined, despite signs saying they’ll be “back soon.” I also participated in an in-gym fitness challenge, and the communication around it was confusing. The start date changed, and the rules for raffle eligibility were different from what was originally advertised, which made it hard to participate competitively even though I expressed interest months in advance. I’ve really enjoyed my time with my personal trainer, Austin—he’s been great—but again, communication challenges sometimes get in the way of what could be a smoother experience. For the discounted rate I joined at, it’s a decent value for what I use the gym for (though no longer the hot tub). With more consistent maintenance and clearer communication, it could be a great facility.
I recently joined MUV Fitness Gym, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by MUV staff members (Deegz & Shy) that made me feel right at home. The gym is equipped with top of the line machines and a wide variety of free weights making sure there’s something for everyone. MUV Fitness is always clean and well-maintained and the vibe is also great as everyone is very respectful. Overall, MUV Fitness Gym has exceeded my expectations and bringing me closer to my goals everyday. If you’re looking for a gym that combines excellent equipment and supportive staff this is the place.
