Normally I don't leave reviews but I have to with rich cause he is the man, my pc was having issues and I brought it in, sadly there was one issue after the other but Rich still went out of his way to make sure there were no issues left, highly recommend coming to Rich if you need anything done to your computer!
Rich has been our IT guy at our business and home for at least 10 years. We can always count on a quick response when there’s a problem. He can dial in remotely or come to the office when needed. He even responds to emergency texts when he’s on vacation! Recently we have had the pleasure of working with his son who is professional and friendly. We highly recommend My New Age Computers for all your tech needs!
This place is amazing! I highly recommend them if you need any type of repair or service to your computer. I brought in my desktop that had many issues (wouldn't update windows, kept crashing, and finally wouldn't start). Rich was able to quickly diagnose the problem and not only get it repaired, but most importantly, he was able to retrieve all my data (pictures, videos, music, files, etc.), and got me back up and running. He was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back if I have any issues in the future.
I moved from Chicago to Scottsdale and my friend told me about My New Age Computers. If you're looking for a great IT guy contact Rich! Between him and his associate, my computer's RAM, processor and motherboard were upgraded. They helped me with other smaller tech issues and are always available to answer various questions either by phone, remotely or in person. They are very personable and their prices have always been reasonable.
Rich is super communicative responsive and knowledgeable. He responded to my service request within a few minutes and was at my home office within a couple hours. He had me back up and running right away. I formally used another national dispatched service but they just don't compare to a friendly person who is running their own business. His services are great value and I highly recommend.
