Worst company ever, did not move ask of my items. Over charged. Said everything was packed only for me to find a complete nightmare a day before I had to be out of my place. Wardrobe boxes were packed full of my clothing, vintage lithographs and handmade pottery. Shoes on clothing on candles with toys and glass frames! A pair of CHANEL shoes leather is completely crushed. $500 shoes destroyed! Clothes were shoved into my own sweatshirts, stretching out the sweatshirts and wrinkling/running other clothing items. Expensive clothing in clothing bags were also shoved into these boxes. Over charged for only a few hours and zero care for my items. I would never recommend this company and I will be contacting the owner for a full refund, I should even reach out to the BBB and receive money for damages to my vintage art and designer clothing. They only had to move my items 4 minutes away.
Moving my grandma out of her home could have been a heartbreaking and difficult time, but with the help of Anthony and Dakota everything was taken care of with expertise and compassion. Thank you so much!
Gil and Alfred were here today and they were both absolutely top notch. They were incredibly fast and professional and even managed to deal with an unruly tenant at the new place and did so with grace.
First-rate service. Dakota and Anthony arrived on time, packed us out professionally, treated our furniture like antiques. Fair price. Most highly recommended. This company deserves its reputation.
Buyer beware - When you call for a quote they'll share a competitive rate. What they won't share are other costs you can expect. If you consider using these guys, be prepared to spend a few hundred dollars in other charges. I've done multiple local moves, and this ran several hundred above what I've had with other companies. Here's my experience: $186 for an 18% "fuel charge" for traveling 10 miles. The say it's an industry standard $185 fee that is blank, that they refer to for a one time truck/travel fee. Meanwhile they tell you the truck is included $64 in materials cost (for apparently using moving blankets and tape around them) If you even consider using My Tucson Movers, ask them about what their fuel charge is (and what it's based on), if there are any fees for materials, truck or time. Then decide if they're the right moving company for you. I regret using them.
