Mystique is amazing! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and my Diamond Glow with Trisha was absolutely wonderful! I left feeling refreshed and my skin is still glowing after a week! Highly recommend!!
I did not get what I paid for Infant one of the services that I prepaid for was taken from me and they did not have good customer friendly service when this issue was being discussed , they should have made things right in the office at that time when I had the problem/situation occurring but they chose not to and tried to call after everything had occurred (um no.) I think the only thing that is important to them is money , money, money they don’t care about fixing your issues. It’s all about how deep your pockets are. I could go into my experience and what happened to me, but it is really too much to explain here. I am just going to say that I would never recommend this place to anybody and I do not believe that they really care about helping you with your acne, hypertension or any other issues you may have. I do believe it is all about the money and how much you are willing to spend and if an issue comes up it’s your problem not theirs. Please don’t expect them to make things right… not unless you want to spend MORE Money. Maybe others have had different outcomes (I hope so) but this was my experience and I would think twice before making an appointment. I was never issued credit or refunded for my prepaid service that I never received so if you do decide to go with this place be careful and don’t pay for service a head of time.
I am a mystique Stan! I love it here so much and have never had a bad experience. I do Juvederm volbella with Abby and she has never let me down. I am so SO picky about who does my filler I literally can’t go anywhere else. One time I ended up going somewhere else and they messed my lips up. Only then did I know how grateful I was for mystique. Abby fixed my lips after that tragedy and now I am very happy with them. She also did my chin filler and it looks amazing.
Extraordinarily friendly (without seeming false), helpful and informative! I had difficulty getting Alle account approval texts and Shelby, Sochi and Andrew went above and beyond. There is an amazing range of service offered and treatment staff have nursing degrees. Spa Night was so fun; I love Mystique!
Aestheticians are so lovely, they do such a wonderful job and have such wonderful Personalities. The whole staff is very pleasant and efficient, but I take issue with their cancellation policy. I think charges are exorbitant and feel very unappreciated as a patient. I have never been late to an appointment nor have I no-showed or late- canceled in the past. I have been a patient for a number of years. I managed high-end spa salons for over 20 years, never charged cancellation fees, it is part of doing business.
