Excellent service the guys their are very proficient, personable, and was in and out in 15 mins, I highly recommended.
Either these guys don't know what they're doing or they're simply not honest with their clients. Paid $1,200 for 2 tires and they where put wrong. The tires where supposed to go in the back and they put them in the front which caused my truck to be having a vibration. I ended up going to Otay for correct labor and honesty!
Aside for all their services being expensive for instance getting air for tires pressure should be free, but this place charges money. on January 29-2025 I got an alignment done at this place I drove about 30 miles in total I noticed my steering wheel was off, I brought back and I told the owner the alignment is of, but he told me your car is salvaged and my vehicle never been to accident. When they first did my alignment at this business all my wheels were green; and less than Ten days they are telling me your vehicle got into accident which isn’t true at all and with all due to honest stay away from this place, but go if you are willing to pay $75 for one used tire and $10 dollars to get an air for your tires

Just returned home from this place. Although I've driven past it thousands of times as I live down the street, I had never been inside until this week when I needed two new tires. The tires look great and time will tell how they hold up but the service was excellent. My timing was great as I arrived just as the only customer there was leaving and two others arrived a few minutes after me but I don't think it would have taken very long regardless as the staff seemed very experienced and good at what they do. I am used to sitting for an hour or two in the lobby while waiting for my car to be ready when I've been to places like Discount Tire in the past but today I sat for five minutes as they speedily swapped out the tires, paid, and was on my way.
