Really excited to begin my scar revision journey with the girls at nassif medical using the sciton laser. They talk you through each steps and what each machine does and are very realistic with what you can expect. I’m looking forward to continuing with them and feel in very safe hands with any skin concerns I do have!

***Reply to feedback*** Yes do not charge because I send a complain letter and I inform my banker immediately. The point here is I have never facing such a company with this unprofessional customer service, extremely RUDE! I wish I can put 0 star! 1. Unreasonable 7-Day Cancellation Policy is unreasonable and disproportionate for a medical aesthetic service. I contacted your clinic to cancel the appointment provided over 48 hours’ notice. This is a commonly accepted and reasonable cancellation period within the UK healthcare and aesthetic industry. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, contract terms must be fair, transparent, and reasonable. A 7-day cancellation requirement places an excessive burden on consumers and may be considered an unfair contractual term. 2. Unreasonable and Excessive Cancellation Charge I was informed that cancelling the appointment would result in being charged the full treatment fee of £400. This charge is grossly disproportionate and does not reflect any genuine loss incurred by your clinic, particularly as: • Over 48 hours’ notice was given • The appointment could reasonably have been reallocated • No treatment or materials were used Charging the full treatment cost in these circumstances appears punitive rather than compensatory, which is not permitted under UK consumer law. 3. Unprofessional and Rude Conduct by Staff During my phone call to cancel, the receptionist’s attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Most concerning was that the receptionist made a medical judgement, stating that my daughter “does not have a keloid scar.” This is wholly inappropriate, as reception staff are not medically qualified to make such assessments. 4. Reason for Cancellation (Medical Grounds – Minor Patient) My daughter is 14 years old and developed a keloid scar following an ice-skating accident in August. After two laser treatments, there has been minimal improvement. Based on medical advice from a qualified doctor (my cousin, who treats keloid scars clinically), we decided it would be more appropriate at this stage to consult a dermatologist and consider steroid injections, which are widely recognised as a first-line treatment for keloid scars. Laser treatment may be suitable later (e.g. pulsed dye laser), but this service is not available at your clinic. The decision to cancel was made in the best medical interests of a minor, not lightly or irresponsibly.

I recently had halo + bbl at Nassif medical spa, from the start of my appointment I was made to feel extremely welcome, all the staff are lovely. Amanda is extremely knowledgeable and we had a very in depth consultation before proceeding with the treatment. Amanda made me as comfortable as possible for the treatment and my results are incredible, I went with a problem with pigmentation and Amanda was confident we could treat it and she has done so! I have received so many compliments on my clear skin and glow! I’ve visited many clinics and tried most treatments this has been my favourite clinic and treatment hands down! I’d also like to mention the aftercare, I felt confident knowing the down time and what th stages would be and Amanda has checked in on me most days following and answered any questions I’ve had! Thank you so much!

I visited Nassif MD Medical Spa in Salford on Thursday, 27th November for an SCITON PROFRACTIONAL LASER full face treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I was treated by Amanda and Alice, and they were absolutely amazing. Both were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the procedure. They explained everything clearly, checked on my comfort, and created such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I felt truly well looked after, and I’m already confident in the results to come because, I am so happy with my results already - I can see huge difference in my skin and is honestly incredible and I’m so pleased with how everything is healing. I was so impressed that I already booked my mum for the same treatment because the results are truly amazing. The clinic is spotless, modern, and calming — a perfect environment for treatment. I highly recommend Nassif MD Spa, especially Amanda and Alice, for their outstanding care and expertise. I will definitely be returning! 💫 ---

I recently had treatment at NassifMD Clinic, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. From the moment I arrived, Elisha was warm, professional, and attentive, making me feel completely at ease. The clinic is modern, and clean. Which gave me great confidence in the standard of care. My treatment was explained clearly and carried out with a high level of professionalism. Amanda and Natalie made me feel at ease throughout. I really appreciated the friendly atmosphere and the way they made me feel. Overall, my experience was excellent.
