I’ve been coming to this salon regularly for about a year, and until now I’ve generally been satisfied. They are definitely on the expensive side, but I’ve usually justified it because they’re fast, efficient, and I typically leave with the correct color and service I asked for. Tonight was a completely different experience. My appointment took far longer than usual, and despite showing my nail tech a reference photo and asking before starting if he could do the design, the end result looks nothing like what I showed. When it came time to choose the color, I repeatedly said (three times) that the shade he suggested was too dark. He insisted I was wrong and went ahead anyway. Unsurprisingly, my nails came out much darker and completely different than the photo I asked for. This ended up being almost a $100 service that was a total waste. I’m disappointed not just in the outcome, but in not being listened to as a client—especially when I clearly communicated my concerns during the process. For the price point, I expect better attention to detail and thinking about the customers feedback. (Pictures attached for reference). Would now never recommend this place unless you want to be disappointed and out $100

Only come here if you want bloody, swollen nail beds and to be ignored during your service. My natural nail beds are square - I left with all of my corners cut down and my skin filled raw. 4 of my nails were bleeding when I went to check out. I asked for things to be corrected and was told my nails were so poorly treated that they cannot fix it now because it will hurt too bad to fix or take them off. Was also told I was “picky” because I asked for clean lines on my French and I have a few crooked nails. The only thing they did right was not charge me for this service. DO NOT go here.

This was my very first time here as I was looking for a new nail salon . Their place is amazing and the service even better . Phillip did such an outstanding on my nails 💅 love love and definitely will be coming back. 12/19/25 : I have been back twice since my first review , the pink was my first set , the middle tortoise set was the second from last month and the green is my newest set I just got done today . Phillip is my nail tech and he definitely values his work it’s his signature and I’m always happy at the end of my appointment. Bring him 3 inspo pics and he tells you if he can or can’t do it or can do something similar . These are my real nails and Phillip does overlay on them and they last looking beautiful until I see him again in a month . The salon is stunning and the staff that I have had the opportunity to chat with have all been so sweet and welcoming ! Phillip you have out done your self again friend ! Merry Christmas and I’ll see you in the new year 👏🙏🥳

We are from Colorado and looked online for somewhere close with good reviews. We were able to walk in and get nails for my daughter and I and a pedicure for me first thing in the morning. The staff were great, very kind and welcoming. They were able to do the designs we asked for with no problem. Will be back next time we’re in the area.

I recently moved to the area and was recommended to Natural Nails and Lashes. My first service, a dip full set on my natural nails, was excellent. Cindy did a great job shaping my nails to my liking and understanding the color look I was going for. I had been to another highly rated salon during my first few weeks in Scottsdale but was unhappy with my nails. My experience at Natural Nails and Lashes was significantly better and I look forward to seeing Cindy again for my future manicured and pedicures.
