I was in a real pickle because the original roofing company I hired tore off all of my siding and downspouts, and then left me in limbo for over three months and never returned. New heights was able to squeeze me into their very busy schedule and finish the job better than I ever could’ve imagined in a very short period of time even before Christmas, which was amazing. I am so happy with the finished result and so thankful that they were so great.

Jesse and his team did an amazing job with my roof replacement. In just one day they had the old roof torn off and the new one completely installed and everything cleaned up. The crew was very professional and easy to work with. I refer New Heights to all of my clients and can now attest first hand how great they are to work with!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this company, but to name a few. From meeting Jessie for estimate and inspection , to communication with Jeremy and Wayne, to actual replacing of roof, to final visit from Katy, all positive and professional. I was made aware of each step of the process, delivery, work etc. All appointments scheduled and on time. A very big plus is the respect of customer and property!!! It was the day after surgery that the roof was replaced. After about one+ hour of expected noise and demo, work, replacement, clean up, etc, was completed in less than half a day. I was hesitant about a darker color, but Jesse patiently went through all the many choices with me, and boy was he right. The beautiful darker roof makes the house just "pop". Katy delivered the printed warranty and several goodies today. What a surprise and a very nice visit. It was also at this time, I learned about the company paying it forward with charitable contributions, plus hands on mission type work in Nepal. Would I recommend them? I would be their spokesperson, if they needed one, but they don't, as their work speaks for itself. This review is totally from the heart with thanks for a positive experience. New Heights did an absolutely phenomenal job with my roof! From the very beginning, they helped me navigate the insurance process, waited patiently for me while going back-and-forth with the insurance company, and ultimately delivered on an awesome looking new roof! Customer service was perfect from A-to-Z. They had great communication they were super kind and easy to work with. The day of the install… The crew was great and cleaned up after themselves very well and I was checked in with multiple times throughout the day by my New Heights rep to ensure and reassure me that everything was going smoothly. I couldn’t recommend New Heights any higher… see what I did there? :)

Cannot say enough good things about New Heights. Amazing service, experience was great. Jesse stuck with us through the entire insurance claim and helped us fight and get the roof replacement approved with our insurance company. Highly recommend this company.
