This is the FIRST and ONLY review I’ve ever done for anyone I usually don’t leave reviews for anything but my experience with Jennifer and her company was so special that I just HAD to come on here and describe my experience with her!! I just started a small business and paid someone to develop my website. The original developer did a decent job but basically ghosted me after the project was done and I still had plenty of questions about maintenance and other small issues. I’m not tech savvy at all but when your developer ghost you I pretty much had no choice but to try and learn everything on my own! Luckily I’m a fast learner and was able to fix up most of the website to my liking and learn a thing or two. HOWEVER, I came across this one small issue that I just couldn’t figure out! I called several different web design places in the city and ALL of them wanted to charge me between $500-$1500 for something I knew was a simple fix and should probably take no more than an hour to compete! With one last gasp of hope I called Jennifer and her company, spoke with her on the phone about my situation, and all I will say is that in less than a few hours my problem was solved and I definitely didn’t have to pay anywhere close to $500-$1500!! Jennifer was very understanding, patient, sincere and went out of her way to help me when no one else would and for that I will be forever grateful for her!! Thank you so much and I can’t wait to work with you again regarding my website and business in the future! I highly recommend Jennifer and her company if you don’t wanna get scammed and taken advantage of by these other website design companies and techs in the city! No way you should be charging $1500 for something that should only take about half an hour to fix with your expertise!! Jennifer didn’t take advantage of me and she was very fair and really cared about the success of my company! Highly recommend!!!
