Beth was pleasant over the phone when I called and she discovered i had also online booked time for a service call this week as well. This afternoon one of the techs became available from another job and Beth sent him right over while we were on tne phone. Blake was the service tech that worked on my furnace. He was pleasent and explained everything to me. Did maintenance and a small part needed replacement. Blake was thorough and time efficient. I am pleased with the service I received today. Thank you Beth and Blake. I will recommend to my friends.
We have a very unique house and Blake and Pat have been out here several times to help troubleshoot, repair, and solve issues with our radiant heating system. They have done a lot of difficult work. Also appreciate their patience in figuring out the issues and answering all my questions. I got a world class education on how my systems work. It is hard to find quality technicians in Milwaukee but I would recommend using Nimmer for any heating needs.
*I got no work done, just an estimate* I wanted to thank Brian and Malinda. Brian was professional, informative, and quick to assess my equipment and come back with a quote. The dog also enjoyed getting pet! Malinda was very quick to respond to any questions that I had, she was polite and professional. I ultimately did not go with Nimmer because I got a quote that was cheaper by $4,500 for a new furnace and AC unit. This is the only company that gave me 4 different quotes of different equipment and told me what compared to my current equipment, which was very nice.
I have been very impressed with Nimmer so far! I was with another company for many years before this, but their service started to decline, so it was time for a change. Nimmer has been professional, efficient and great to work with. Joe came this morning and did a great job tuning up my furnace! He was skilled and friendly. Looking forward to my A/ C tuneup in spring. Thanks!
My house basement flooded in Aug of 2025 like many others here in Milwaukee. Nimmer heating and Air Conditioning has been my service provider since 2006. I was able to have Nimmer send out a tech, and access my situation extremely quick given the widespread flooding damage in our area. Joe DeRose came out and gave a very professional service call to give me my options, he was very articulate and knowledgeable. I decided to replace both my AC and Furnace given the damage from the flood and the age of the units. Lost the board, and blower unit in flood, both were installed in 1993, so over 30 years old. AC was rusted and was already having performance issues. Next I had Brian Nowak from there sales dept out, and he gave me a very detailed estimate with several options, and packages that were customizable. Brian very great to work with, he had a couple decades of experience as installer and communication skills were outstanding. I qualified for Financing that Bryant offered through Wells Fargo. In my situation due to the amount of damage expenses I had from other items damaged in flood, this was an option that helped me immensely. 3 weeks latter, Pat Kuhlmeier, and Josh Jackson came in for install and removal of old units. Josh and Pat were on time and ready to go! They did exceptional work, with impressive craftsmanship. They explained what they where doing before hand and walked me through their work at the completion. Reworked ducking, new copper lines, everything labeled clearly and explained perfectly. Gave me all paper work for city permits, Manuels, maintenance. And Organizing all of this was Malinda Erdman in the office. Melinda was extremely responsive, top notch communication and logistics. They send texts, with everyone’s photo and full name so you know who they are and fell secure that highly trained, knowledgeable, professionals are working with you. I have used them for almost 20 years and will continue In the future Got a second opinion, repair of furnace would have been 3500-4000, not including, AC repair. Purchased and installed new Bryant AC and Furnace with some duct work and customized options was 12,200. Financed with Wells Fargo. 0% over 2 years.
