First time customer. Andrew expertly replaced a cracked glass and had it ready for me when he promised. Very pleased with the service, professionalism and reasonable price.
Absolutely horrible service. I should have trusted all the one star reviews. This guy pretends he knows a lot and can do a great job, but he actually knows very little and poorly skilled. Don’t waste your money here, go find someone with better skills.
Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior, with clear racial bias. I traveled a long distance to replace batteries for two of my watches and struggled to find the store. I chose this place based on Google reviews, but the experience was very disappointing. When I handed over my watches, he quoted $35. I politely asked if he would consider $30 for both. In response, he immediately refused to service my watches at all. If someone claims to have been in business for 35 years but doesn’t know how to treat customers with basic respect, it reflects poorly on their professionalism. I felt personally insulted by his arrogant and dismissive attitude. It takes years to build a reputation, but only a moment to ruin it. I hope he reflects on his behavior and learns from this experience.
Took my watch in to replace the battery, he completely damaged the back of the case. He’s a very polite gentleman, I will give credit where it is due, but in the future please do not open watches you do not know how to work on. Honesty and accountability are good long term policies. My case back is bent and there is a hole which has compromised the waterproof seal. It doesn’t even sit flush anymore. I have to get it replaced. I do not expect the gentleman to take accountability for this, but I hope others will avoid a heartbreak like this.
Great gentleman working at the desk. This is the second time I’ve been here, both times warrant a 5/5 review. Simple battery change on my grandfathers watch, the gentleman took the time to stop his service and change my battery on the spot. Highly recommend for professionalism and promptness.
