It’s unfortunate that I had to leave such A low review for this store. I used to come here for all of my band tees and never had any issues, until my last couple visits. The brand of T-shirts they use now are extremely cheap and uncomfortable. The decals on the shirts are half assed reprints. Even with their buy one get 1/2 off sale it’s the same price as officially licensed merch, so why not just buy the real thing at this point. I hope they go back to the gilden shirts soon
Horrible experience I got yelled at by the manager because she sold me the wrong stuff I even told her befor she check me out and then said she couldn’t do anything about it. That it is to bad for me. this a bad experience won’t be back for sure .. never have had an experience like this one she was even on the phone the hole time instead helping guess out.in this pic were I see 40 bucks worth. I don’t think so and when I told her I would like different Mystery bag .she said she only had one .so I told her to go ahead but then at check out said they had a lot more in the back. I guess I had to buy what she wanted me to then went to the back and open the closed bag then proceeded to check me out after I told her I don’t do cig anything with cig in it. What a wonderful manager that didn’t listen to a customer at all. Well not be back.
I went in there yesterday and spent 40 dollars on captive beads 2 sliver and 2 black. I didn’t realize until after I got home that all 4 of them are different. The slivers I wasn’t worried about since I put them in. However, I never took the black ones out of the bag. I took the black ones back today to exchange one so they match. The lady said there is nothing she can do, other than give me 10% off on another. And said I should’ve checked them before I left. I shouldn’t have to check them that should be on the employee who took them out of the bin. So now I have 20 dollars in a set of rings I can’t wear because one bead is bigger than the other. I won’t be buying anything else from this store.
