This is my husband and I’s third time at this Nobu location and the food is always perfection!! We were celebrating our anniversary and we couldn’t have chosen a better place! Service was impeccable, and we did not leave hungry! Definitely recommend to anyone in the area that wants an amazing meal! We will be back!
Fantastic, my wife and I had dinner here for her birthday Needed to schedule a few weeks in advance The food was really great, we ordered variety of dishes and all were excellent! I recently had dinner at Nobu in New York and overall it was a very good experience. We had a reservation for 10 p.m. and still waited about ten minutes to be seated, which wasn’t too bad, but worth noting given how busy the restaurant stays. The atmosphere inside is sleek and modern, and the service was attentive without feeling rushed. We started with drinks and ordered the Coconut Matcha and the Lychee Martini. The Coconut Matcha was smooth and lightly sweet, and I really enjoyed it. The Lychee Martini had a refreshing floral flavor but was a little strong for me, so I didn’t enjoy it quite as much. For appetizers, the standout for me was the yellowtail sashimi with jalapeño. It had a bright, slightly sour citrus note that paired perfectly with the subtle heat from the jalapeño. It was easily my favorite dish of the night. We also tried the crispy rice with spicy tuna. The tuna itself was creamy and flavorful, but the rice was a bit too crispy for my taste and left the top of my mouth a little tender. The wagyu gyozas were good but underwhelming. They tasted similar to dumplings you can find anywhere and didn’t have the special richness I expected from wagyu. The rock shrimp in creamy spicy sauce, however, were excellent. The shrimp were tender and coated in a sauce that had a great balance of creaminess and heat. The portion size was surprisingly generous compared to several of the other dishes, which felt on the smaller side. We also ordered the chef’s recommendation of the night, a plate featuring twelve different pieces of sushi. Most of the pieces were very fresh and well prepared. A few had a slightly fishy taste that wasn’t my favorite, but overall it was an enjoyable selection and beautifully presented. Lastly I had dessert, it was super yummy! Forgot the name though.. In general, the food at Nobu is very good and the presentation is truly exceptional. My only hesitation is the pricing. Several of the portions feel quite small for the cost, and some dishes didn’t feel distinctive enough to justify the premium price tag. Still, the overall experience was memorable and worth trying at least once, especially if you appreciate refined Japanese cuisine with creative touches. We were a party of two and paid around $500.
Finally had the chance to try Nobu Fifty Seven and it lived up to the hype. We ordered the Yellowtail Jalapeño, Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna, House Special Roll, Shrimp Tempura Roll, and Spicy Tuna Roll. Every dish was fresh and full of flavor. I had been wanting to try the Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna for ages, and it absolutely did not disappoint! We paired our dinner with two espresso martinis since we had a long night ahead. They were smooth and exactly what we wanted. My only minor complaint was the table we were seated at had an overhead light tilted directly toward my face. It was much brighter than the rest of the room and a little distracting, especially since most of the restaurant had an intimate vibe. Overall, Nobu Fifty Seven was a great experience. The food and drinks were excellent and I would definitely come back to try more.
Went on a Friday night and it was busy but the staff was very attentive . Great vibe . I had the lychee martini and they were great. To eat I had the lobster tacos, shrimp tempura, the rice cake, tiradito and Toro roll. It was so delicious and I want to go again. Dishes are shareable. Very nice for a date night or just a night out with your girls/friends. **went again 10/24** amazing service ! I love how they tell you how to eat the dish and what’s part of each dish. Very clean and efficient service! Got sat at the counter but enjoyed watching the amazing chefs at work. Had the tiradito again and crispy rice. Lobster taco and wagyu taco, rock shrimp and the ribeye were all delicious. My bf loved the old fashion . Had the banana pudding for desert! Amazing
