Gemma catered for our wedding on Saturday night in Brisbane. It was amazing food and just the most perfect quantity. We did not have to worry about the food at all. Gemma had everything sorted and served all the food and supplied all the cutlery and serving plates. The bolognaise spring rolls were something else. Jemma and her team from Notorious E.A.T. catered for our wedding a couple of weeks ago and it was amazing! They prepared and served our beautiful grazing table and also served amazing food for dinner from the food truck. So glad we found them as one of our food trucks atthe wedding. Jemma is also flexible and offered to do other dishes/food options for us outside of their regular menu as we were looking for other varieties. Jemma is also easy to deal with and is very responsive with email enquiries. She answered our queries with no issues at all. Definitely a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Thanks again Jemma and Team! 😊
We had the privilege of having the notorious cater for our wedding this July. The food was incredible, everybody raved about it for weeks afterwards! Jemma was so easy to communicate with, and was so accommodating, even to last minute requests whilst putting the food out. She was incredible. I will forever crave those sliders 🤭🤤 I highly highly recommend if anyone needs catering. Thankyou again for making our wedding dinner so delicious, definitely one of our favourite highlights of the day! 🩷
Jemma and her team catered our wedding and we could not rave more. From the initial contact and getting information stage, up until the event, everything was so seamless and easy. All of the food was INCREDIBLE. Our guests were obsessed and all complimented the food and how tasty everything was. All of the food was perfectly portioned and the service was fabulous. The Mac and cheese spring rolls were amongst the favorites from the night! If you’re looking for a food truck for your wedding in Brisbane or the Gold Coast or for any kind of event I would highly recommend Notorious Eats!!
I cannot recommend this cooking school highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel welcome and relaxed. The classes are hands-on, fun, and full of little tips and tricks that you’d never learn just following a recipe at home. The chefs are not only incredibly knowledgeable but also patient and engaging, making sure everyone feels confident no matter their skill level. The ingredients were fresh and top quality, and the dishes we created tasted absolutely amazing – restaurant standard! I left with new skills, recipes I’ll actually use, and a big smile on my face. Such a great way to spend a day, whether you’re a local or just visiting the Coast. I’ll definitely be back for another class soon!
