We’ve been using NOVA Organic Cleaning for over a year and are very happy with their service. They’re reliable, professional, and consistently do a great job. Jasmine, the owner, is wonderful to deal with. She listens carefully and thoughtfully matches you with the right cleaner based on your needs and personality. They also use organic cleaning products, which we really appreciate. Highly recommend.
Good experience with the team — they were on time and did a decent job. The bathrooms and carpets were cleaned well, and the thank-you note was a lovely touch. However, the mopping could be improved, as there were marks left on the tile flooring that stick to the feet while walking. The mirror cleaning can also be better. Thank you for the service.
Absolutely amazing staff. I have a lovely French couple to make my home sparkle. Their attention to detail is spot on, and they are very thorough. Communication with head office is always easy and they are all so friendly and easy to talk to. I couldn't be happier
I just thought I’d share my continued positive experience with this company which I’ve used for quite some time now. The management are a pleasure to deal with and very flexible if I need to reschedule or make changes. Libby & Taylor have been like wee angels doing my weekly cleans recently. They’re always on time and if they’re stuck in traffic they ALWAYS text me prior with forewarning (may I add they are rarely late!) They surprise me with lovely little touches to come home to for instance my toilet roll done into a cute bow (see pic) which always puts a smile on my face :) They’re great with my dog too!
