Amazing!!!!!! AMAZING!!! AMAZING AMAZING!!!! I called within 30 hours ago and they were able to get me in!! I am in my dental chair RIGHT NOW writing this review!!! I had THE BEST experience!! From calling them in the phone, to walking in! The staff, AMAZING, Dr. S. Alrajab, AMAZING, the ladies who assisted him in my surgery, AMAZING, the interior, AMAZING, the cleanliness, AMAZING, the vibes, Immaculate! Everything was PHENOMENAL! From beginning to end!!! The reason I was even here was because I have been searching ALL over Houston for a dental surgeon who could handle my “Extremely complicated, broken tooth” removal… They took one look at it, and got it done! AND educated me!! (A part I really like! If you make me understand YOUR profession, then I KNOW you got it down!) No excess of pain, no true discomfort, amazing, bedside manner, and they even made me laugh during my procedure! I would highly recommended this place! I cannot tell you guys how honored I am to have found this place! 100/10 stars! #SelfPayFriendly
I really enjoyed my visit with them. The whole team, including the destiny, are really friendly.. nonjudgmental..& very accommodating. I have not been to the dentist in so long, so my teeth are not in the best condition. I have a fear of Dentist, but The team was very assuring..they have multiple options to make sure that my procedure is as relaxing and pain-free as possible. I’m very impressed and look forward to my procedure next week. Thanks Guys :-)
Amber was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. She explained things clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made the whole experience so smooth. It’s rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely caring, but Amber is exactly that. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
Great experience and even better staff. The ladies at the front desk are as charming as they are polite and helpful. Everything went so smoothly. The Office Manager, Amber, was very professional and always asked to see how else my experience could be made better. Monica, the front desk receptionist, very warm and welcoming, and always has a smile on her face. The Assistants were always checking on the Doctor and their hygienist. They work so efficiently and made me feel confident in their skills. Lastly, Dr. Samir is a very professional individual. Him and his team are wonderful. If you ever need great dental work, look no further.
