Our heat stopped working on a day where the wind chill was below zero. I called, and the company sent someone out within the hour. Our technician Fernando was efficient, transparent, and fixed our issue very quickly for a reasonable cost. We've had very good experiences with Oasis across the board.

Great experience with Oasis. When my furnace stopped working they were able to have someone (Danny) come out the next day. Danny explained everything very well and gave me estimates to replace the broken inducer motor and to to replace the whole furnace. I appreciated that he wasn't pushy in any direction but gave me his honest take. I had initially decided to replace the whole system, but then changed my mind and decided just to replace the part. When I called the office and asked if it was okay to change the plan, Chris was very understanding of my situation and I did not get a hard time about it. I really appreciated that. Joseph came out the next day to replace the motor, and like Danny did a great job of explaining things and seemed very honest. Overall every interaction I had with Oasis personnel was very positive and I felt like I was getting honest expertise. They were all very kind as well.

Thank you to Danny! He was friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and professional. He patiently troubleshot my radiant heat issue, fixed it, and followed up to make sure everything was working properly as the system heated up over several hours. Oasis will be my first call for any future plumbing, heating or cooling needs. The office was also great—easy to reach, quick responses, and simple scheduling. Excellent service at a fair price.

I will never call another service. Everything about Oasis is 5 stars. When I called them just to get information about their services and schedule an appointment, the customer service representative was informative and courteous. I also delightfully surprised that they could schedule a 7 AM appointment so I didn’t have to miss any work. On the day of my appointment, Joseph arrived at 7 exactly! He was also courteous, informative, and efficient. He sealed the deal on me being a lifetime customer of Oasis. I highly recommend everyone give this outfit a lot of consideration when deciding who to call. You won’t regret it.
