We had the best experience working with Occasions for our Sep 2025 wedding! Our event designers, Aspen and Katie, were so kind and helpful throughout the process of designing the event. I got quotes from 4 of our venue approved catering companies and Occasions was the most cost effective and allergy friendly option I found! They helped me curate, a 100% gluten-free menu (I am gluten, as well as many of my family members) for our 100 guests. Day of our food came out great we thought it was so delicious and we found all the catering staff to be so nice & enthusiastic. I will highly recommend Occasions to all of my friends getting married in Denver metro going forward.
We enjoyed working with Becky and everyone at Occasions. We made a few changes throughout the process, they were always friendly and open about our questions and concerns. We did all small bites and passed appy-s, along with donuts from Lamars. The food was a HUGE hit at our wedding... we had absolutely no leftovers.
Great food and great service! Picking out our menu was super easy with Alexis, and we got many compliments on the food at our wedding! Highly recommend! We especially loved the mini desserts :) The chocolate pot de creme was out of this world. We also used their mini bathtub to hold the lavender lemonade "potion bottles," which were a huge hit.
Highly recommend Occasions to handle your wedding catering needs. The food was fantastic, their staff was very on point and ensured the evening went smoothly and Katie and Kristen made the process very easy! We hired Occasions for catering for our wedding on 10/22/22 in Morrison, CO, they supplied appetizers, salads, entrees, desserts, and handled the bar, set up our centerpieces, cut our cake, brought us champagne & appetizers while we took photos, etc. The planning process was smooth and Katie ensured all of my needs were met. Kristen was our day of contract and was incredible! I would hire them again for any catering needs!
From initial interactions, Occasions Catering was very responsive and easy to work with. It was rare to find the right combination of price and quality amongst the various catering companies in Denver, but Occasions hit the mark. They were able to build a menu around our culinary desires that was equal parts delicious, as well as gourmet. We opted to have Occasions provide wait staff and bartending services for our wedding reception and I can safely say that all our guests were well fed and had plenty of delicious cocktails. Occasions was very up-front and honest with prices and fulfilled every one of our contract’s stipulations. Katie was a pleasure to work with and was there with us every step of the way, which was very important with all the moving parts we were juggling while planning from afar. I would recommend Occasions as a caterer to anyone wishing to impress, enjoy, and indulge at their wedding reception. Five stars!
