Got great help and support here! Highly recommend. He also informed me that after your oil change, you can come in anytime up until 5000 miles to get your oil level checked and topped off. I will definitely be doing that.
This is one of the best services I've had. Upon checking my car's oil, the technician informed me that the oil was clean and that there was no need to change it. Then they proceeded to check the car fluids and tire pressure, wash my windshield while I waited in the car, all for free! No up-sell, and no pressure. They recommended I come back in another 2000 miles for another check. All very friendly. I absolutely recommend it!
I have gone to this place for Oil changes for the past few times and the service is great. I am not hard sold, they do a good job, and they do a few freebies such as top the air in tires, top off fluids, wipe windshield, and check lights. It is speedy service once it's your turn and the staff is friendly and courteous. I will definitely continue to use this shop.
I recently had an oil change service at the Alameda location (Invoice #9274430, Store 108, Date: 09/25/25) for my 2014 Lexus CT200h. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing for several reasons: 1. The mileage on the invoice was written incorrectly as 192,538, while the actual mileage on my odometer at the time of service was 195,385. 2. The oil was poured into the engine while it was still running, which is unprofessional and potentially harmful to the vehicle. 3. I sent an official email to the company with all the details and photos, but never received any response. Your company advertises that “Your business means a lot to us”, but in reality my concerns were ignored. I am attaching photos of the invoice and my odometer reading to document this issue. I hope management takes this seriously, because ignoring customers and providing unsafe service is unacceptable.

A special shout out to Noah, who helped me through the whole process, he was clear, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. The service was fast without feeling rushed, and I appreciated the way Noah explained what was being done in a straightforward, respectful way. It’s rare to find customer service that feels both personable and trustworthy, but that’s exactly what I got here. If you’re in Alameda and need an oil change or routine service, I can’t recommend this location enough.
