Javier was professional, kind and very helpful! Explained everything he was doing and asked if I had any questions. He did a good job and would recommend him to anyone needing service to their HVAC system.
Javier was awesome. He came to complete a follow up tune up and inspection. He was very thorough in his analysis of each AC unit with photos. Javier goes as far as explaining the intricate function of each AC unit and he shows you how you can save money on energy use. Javier offered us a very reasonable price for a thorough AC cleaning service that my units needed. I will definitely consider the cleaning service offer after the great service he provided.
I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received from Olive. From start to finish, their customer service was absolutely excellent, and Javier was the perfect technician for the job. Javier arrived right within the scheduled time window, which I really appreciated. He got straight to work and completed the repairs quickly and efficiently, all while being remarkably quiet and respectful of my home. His professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the entire visit. I'm extremely satisfied with the quality of work and the overall experience. Olive has earned a loyal customer, and I'll definitely be calling them for all of my future HVAC needs. If you need HVAC service, I highly recommend asking for Javier!
Kaden and Oliver showed up at our 55+ community craft fair a few weeks ago to introduce themselves to the neighborhood and did a fantastic job! Spent a ton of time with me and all the neighbors and ended up helping a ton of us winter visitors with much needed new trane systems (on no interest plans!)
As with all of the service repair technicians from Olive Air, Matt was excellent. He completed the complimentary maintenance on my HVAC unit and identified a few areas of concern. He worked with me to prioritize what I absolutely needed to get repaired and what could wait. He was pleasant, courteous, and professional, and was an absolute delight to interact with. Thanks both to Matt and Oliver and his excellent team. Keep up the great work and customer service - and Happy Birthday, Matt! (Yes, he’s such a devoted employee he even went to work on his birthday!)
