This does not look like a $50 menicure. I’m sorry, but the quality of work at OMG has really deteriorated. I’m not happy with the service.
Most appointments i walk away very happy, the prices are great. but this time i got a certain nail tech, i dont remember their name and i didnt bother to ask by the way they talked to me when i first sat down in the chair. but the first thing they said to me when i sat in their chair was how ugly my nail request was and overall the entire conversation was just overly dramatic and rude. and it was very uncomfortable to be in this position. Not only did she complain about the service, design, and shape i asked for, i have already lost two acrylics and i just got them done a week ago. And a couple times i had been there before i had overhead this same nail tech using very foul language around kids, etc. Love this nail salon but yeesh it was very disappointing to be treated like that as a customer..

Such great service. Nary my technician was the perfectionist and most sensitive and humble person, who wanted to provide the best service possible. She understood my needs and took care of my sensitive nails like a pro. Will come back. Highly highly recommend.
I’ve been coming to OMG Nail Spa for quite some time now, and I always leave happy. They really pay attention to detail and get the shape right every single time. Anytime I come in with an idea or an inspo pic for a design, they nail it — literally! Brandy did an amazing job on my toes, taking her time, giving them the perfect shape, and not rushing through it. Jess absolutely killed it on my nails — the design, the color, and constantly checking in with me throughout the process to make sure I loved everything. They’re also just great people to talk to while you’re there. And Kim always brings the best energy when he walks around the shop — it really feels like a family vibe. Highly, highly recommend!
