don’t bother looking anywhere else for heater repair in aurora. omni heating & cooling is the team you want for fixing your heating system or furnace. we had problems before with another company not showing up for an estimate, but when we called omni heating & cooling, blake showed up right on time. he checked everything, gave us a clear quote and let us know how long the heater repair would take. the work was done professionally and everything works great now. really satisfied with the whole experience.
The furnace repair work turned out excellent. I had multiple furnaces serviced and installed at my home. Jerome from Omni Heating & Cooling really understood every detail about the systems, and he was the only one who clearly explained the rebate process and available tax credits. Other companies made rebates seem like just part of the sale price, but here, the approach was honest and transparent. There was a small issue with communication about the exact placement of the furnaces, and sometimes there could have been more technicians on site. A final walkthrough at the end would have helped too. Blake was my main installer, and he worked extremely hard, even skipping lunch to make sure everything was finished quickly. I even assisted for a short time, but ideally, larger furnace jobs should have more than one person to keep things safe and efficient. Other than that, everyone was polite, hardworking, and the pricing was fair. After the installation, the team quickly came back to make a small adjustment without any hassle. This is a knowledgeable, friendly, and dependable group, and I would definitely recommend them for furnace repairs or installs. If I could, I’d give 4.5 stars.
it's hard to know who really knows ac repair and who just says they do. i’ve had a lot of ac maintenance and cleaning done before in aurora, but never felt like things were fixed the right way. i wanted a programmable thermostat for my old hvac ac unit for years, but most people i talked to gave me huge quotes that didn’t seem fair. i almost gave up, thinking i’d never find someone who could actually help. then i found omni heating & cooling, and curtis came out to check my system. he did a great job explaining everything in simple terms and gave me a very reasonable price for the work. now i have three smart thermostats, one for each room, and all the wires are hidden—no mess left behind. the system even reminds me when it’s time to change the filter or schedule maintenance, which makes life easier. curtis also added a feature so i can see the outdoor temperature right on the thermostat, which is really helpful with colorado’s changing weather. before, i was guessing if it was hot or cold outside, but now it’s all right there. he also found and fixed some leaks that were making my wood floor wet and took care of issues with the old relay and switches, so now the ac keeps my rooms comfortable without getting too hot or too cold. they even fixed a few other things i thought were already handled before, but weren’t. overall, the service was excellent and i’m really happy with how smoothly everything works now. i highly recommend this company for anyone needing ac repair or upgrades in aurora.
