If I could put more than 5 stars I would. Our puppy Bucky has been coming to Ontilt Pet Resort for more than a month. Every week we do not have a set date to when Bucky needs doggy day care but Kevin and Nicky has been accomodating even on the last minute. Bucky had his first boarding and I can’t thank Kevin, Nicky and crew for loving our baby and seeing how Bucky enjoys every single day at the resort. One of the photos shows how tired bucky was on his doggy day care day 😂. I can’t recommend Ontilt Pet Resort enough. Bucky will definitely grow up in this beautiful dog paradise 🥹😍.

I wish I could give 10 stars!! Kevin, Nicky and the team look after our boy Tony with the same love and care as we do, and he always has so much fun when he stays at Ontilt pet resort. It is the best feeling to know your baby is well cared for when you need to head away, particularly when you have had a bad experience with a pet sitter in the past. The constant updates on the Facebook page make us so happy to see him having the time of his life. I cannot recommend Ontilt enough!!

This is the fourth time my boy Kiva has stayed with Kev, Nicky, and their wonderful team, and I simply wouldn’t send him anywhere else. The love and dedication they show for the dogs in their care is truly exceptional. It’s clear this isn’t just a business for them — it’s a genuine passion. The regular updates and videos give such peace of mind, and seeing Kev himself, sleeves rolled up, giving your dog a bath before pickup says it all. Outstanding care and service — an easy five stars from me. 💙🐾

Hi Kevin, Nicky and Team. Thank you so much for looking after our babies! Bonnie and Olive can be quite *opinionated* and I was so impressed to see how quickly they became comfortable with you. We were anxious to leave them as they don’t have a good history (they weren’t well looked after, anxious and quite underweight when we adopted them a few months ago) and this was the longest we’ve been away from them but the photo updates were so good at easing my anxiety. You and your team obviously love dogs and treat each as your own- thank you so much!

Hi Kevin and team. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you and your whole team. We were so nervous about putting our boys into a kennel for the first time, but from their very first day of day care it was clear you’re not a kennel at all you’re a resort for the kiddies! I honestly think they had a more relaxed holiday than we did, especially with how anxious we were. Ari clearly loved it when we came to pick them up, he was happily following the guys back out the back 🤦‍♀️. We’ll definitely keep bringing the boys back for day care days they absolutely love it.
