Kyle did a great job getting me back to peak performance with his PT and lifting program he wrote me. I went from having a really inflamed hip to pitching pain free in very little time! He was very flexible in scheduling appointments, which was great as a student with varying practice times. I’d highly recommend coming here especially if you’re a high level athlete looking to get back to peak performance levels
Kyle has been my go to physical therapist. He has helped me recover from a shoulder (rotator cuff) injury that had kept me out of the pool and off the tennis courts. Meeting with him weekly, we were able to build back my strength and used various techniques to promote healing, with perseverance and patience, I was able to get back to doing all the activities I love. Kyle explains the science and demonstrates the how the exercises help with the healing process. Couldn’t have gotten back to my old self without him!
I tore the labrum in my right shoulder and was very concerned about my return to baseball. It was challenging to find a physical therapist experienced in helping athletes return to play, but I’m so grateful that a friend recommended Kyle! He did a fantastic job, getting me stronger than I was before the injury by the start of the season. Kyle was also great to talk to and genuinely cared about my health and well-being, which made the difficult process of physical therapy much more enjoyable. I was especially impressed by how intentional every exercise and movement Kyle prescribed was. He frequently explained how certain movements were designed to prepare me for baseball-specific activities, which kept me motivated and focused. I broke my ankle in 3 places in February. It required surgery, 2 plates and over 20 screws. I did physical therapy with Kyle for 7 months and have been amazed by my progress and the return to feeling normal in daily life. What I really appreciated about Kyle is his focus on returning to sports. I’m not 18 years old, so returning to playing sports again has taken time. Kyle worked with me methodically to improve my strength, balance, and eventually explosiveness so that I can begin to play sports again.
