We’ve been seeing Optimal Health Varsity Lakes Chiropractic with Nick & Sally for nearly a year and our journey has been truly life-changing. Sally’s extensive knowledge of retained primitive reflexes has helped our son make incredible improvements in posture, attention, and balance, and our daughter’s extensive sporting activities have kept her body well aligned for better performance and recovery. Meanwhile, Nick has reduced my husband’s sciatic pain to almost non-existent, allowing him to return to sport. Dr Nick has been treating my family of five for the past two years, and we couldn’t be happier with the care we’ve received.
