Came in for an eye exam, and everything went great. The exam itself was very streamlined and quick to do. On top of all that everyone was very helpful. 10/10 no notes.
Amazing eye examination with recommendations of eye care. The selection of frames and transitional lenses and many other options. They are a 5 star service with amazing customer service
The staff is always very nice and friendly, but I wish that they would inform you What the insurance is covering and why. I would not have gotten another pair of glasses I would have waited until the insurance covered more and just done the yearly check.
My girls and I really like this optometry place. Our last one was not so great but we are definitely happy with the Dr we have! She’s super nice and can relate on a mom level as well. 👌🏽 plus the office is really nice and the staff were kind to us as well. Would for sure recommend anyone i know to this place.
This establishment was once great customer service 11 yrs ago. Sadly, it’s declined over the past couple of years. The eye doctors, are wonderful and knowledgeable! But the front staff isn’t the best, Marlene I believe is her name she’s quite aggressive and isn’t friendly. Not inviting to say the least. Not professional nor accommodating. Lacking basic customer care and service. Makes people turn away and not want to come back with workers like that. Hopefully, they can incorporate some friendly faces, and that can give an uplifting atmosphere. My whole family has been coming there for a decade, all 3 of my children and grandparents. Not anymore, sadly.
