Amy was absolutely wonderful. Helped with a lot of tightness and pain throughout my whole body and she has wonderful conversation, taught me a lot about reflexology too! Will be back soon. Gracias ❤️
Rooms are small - the other therapist working on your partner will constantly bump into you. They will move the table you are lying on around so that they can get in and out of the door. There is a tap in the room which they turn on and off which is annoying. You will hear text message notifications constantly as it seems to be the same phone that is playing the music. The aircon is overly loud. The therapist that I had seemed to have no idea what she is doing. I would avoid this place and go somewhere else honestly.
Booked a couples massage for my partners birthday. My partner said their massage was great and had no complaints however mine was underwhelming and rough. Booked a relaxation massage however I felt I was handled really rough and it just felt rushed. It was quite painful at times, sometimes she would press down on me and I wouldn’t be able to breathe for a second which is unusual for a relaxation massage. Not to mention I did not receive any foot massage after paying for a full body massage. I’d say 70% of the massage was good the other 30% could have been better. Couples room is tiny and the masseuses clearly didn’t have enough space as they were moving us whilst we were on the table. The lady giving me my massage started talking and making conversation with me towards the end of my massage and whilst that was fine, she made some really unprofessional comments about mine and my partners relationship which made us both pretty uncomfortable and ruined the experience a bit. Overall not terrible , but maybe in future I would request management and masseuses not to make unprofessional comments to and about their clients.
The interior is clean and sophisticated, perfect for a special occasion. I used the massage, back scrub and back mask package, and the staff were highly skilled and I was able to relax. Next time I would like to take a facial course as well. Great location, great service. I will definitely come back ❤️❤️
The staff was very nice and attentive and we really enjoyed our massages, but I could not recommend the facial. First of all, it was general and not suited to each person’s skin. They just use the same procedure on everyone, which was very irritating for me as I have sensitive skin. Regardless, a good facialist works with each person to suit their skin and even discusses appropriate skincare. The room was so dark that there was no way they could see what our skin needed. I was very let down as I was most excited for the facial. 😔
