Vitaly did some installation of baseboards, transitions and other jobs around our main floor. He was professional, flexible and provided some cost effective solutions when we discovered some of our tile work was not finished correctly. I would highly reccomend!

Vitaly recently renovated my three bathrooms, and our family could not have been more impressed (along with the people we showed our photos to). From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The quality of the work was outstanding —attention to detail, clean finishes, everything was done to a very high standard. Beyond the craftsmanship, what really stood out was the professionalism. Vitaly was courteous, easy to talk to, respectful and incredibly hard-working throughout the entire project. The pricing was also very fair and reasonable—especially considering the exceptional quality of the results. I’ve worked with a number of contractors in the past, and this was ‘far and away’ the best experience I’ve ever had. Typically, the contractors I’ve hired in the past, weren’t happy to be here and did everything they could to finish the job as fast as they could –while leaving me out of the loop. The opposite was the case with Vitaly. He’s very communicative during the job and encouraged me to intervene with any aesthetic suggestions or alternative options. He takes pride in doing the best job he can and values the customer’s happiness with the finished results. I only wish I found him 20 years ago, it would save me so much stress! I have not a shred-of-doubt in calling Vitaly to repair or improve any area in my home – It’s a relief to not have to ‘dread the thought’ of having someone come into my house and stressing me or take advantage of me again. I look forward to hiring Vitaly in the future and clearly recommend his services to anyone looking for reliable, top-tier work. We had our old deck stairs replaced by Ottawa Handyman service. While I was away from home for work, he started the work from the morning and finished in the evening by the time when I came home. He charged for the labor with the reasonable price and didn't surcharge for the materials. Very honest and diligent guy so we will continue to hire him!
