We had been working with another CPA and wanted a more responsive and broader based CPA to prepare Reviewed Financial Statement and 1099 Return. We worked (by phone) with LaMichelle to determine scope of service and price on front end. We found her knowledgeable and easy to deal with. During the actual process, we worked primarily with one staff person. All data was securely uploaded and downloaded. Most contact was done by secure email but we also had at least one phone conversation. They were Very responsive and politely kept the process moving along. I felt good about the outcome and process and we will use again for this year's work. We are a non-profit Arts organization. Price was important and the pricing was affordable for us.

I cannot speak highly enough about Overhead Solutions Group. Taxes are somewhat of a mystery to me, so it is nice to have a group that asks great questions and responds immediately to any and all inquiries. It is top notch!

OSG is awesome! I use them for the first time to do my 2024 taxes. LaMichelle and her staff were extremely thorough and they kept me abreast of updates and any changes. She filed tax credits on my behalf that I was entitled to that I had overlooked. Also, another plus is that LaMichelle works remotely. So you can hire her for anything. I would highly recommend OSG for all of your accounting needs.
