The agent Janelle Collier is extremely rude and has a lot of attitude. I feel very annoyed talking to her. If you every choose PERE, avoid her at all costs. I personally will not choose this company for my remodeling work after working with Janelle. I would give her 0* if I could. Reply: Her linkedIn profile still says she works here so it doesn’t make sense.
