My experience with Pacific Hardwood was absolutely outstanding! They have an incredible, high-quality selection of wood flooring that you I couldn't find anywhere else. The amazing Victoria guided me to the perfect floor for my living room, a european wide plank white oak prime grade flooring, with her incredible knowledge and expertise. The prices are fantastic for the quality you receive. Jay's installation team was just as brilliant--they were fast, professional, and did a flawless job, transforming my space in only five days. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Jay is one of a kind. Two years ago, I reached out to Jay to evaluate our hardwood floors. He was totally honest in recommending refinishing our floors vs replacing them. Two years later when we were ready to start our project, various other floor companies strongly suggested new floors. I called on Jay again and he walked in with the same estimate from 2 years ago. He again insisted that it would be crazy to replace our hardwood floors and he could refinish them and we would love them. He came by several times and showed us the various stains available. We chose Jay and what a great decision it turned out to be. He showed up timely as promised, sanded and stained the floors to perfection. He was a pleasure to work with, totally professional and delivered as promised.

We are very happy we found Pacific Hardwood Flooring. We are blown away by their service and the floor we have now is amazing. Picking the wood was easy because they have many different samples in their showroom to compare. Victoria helped us narrow down to the perfect color / plank size for our home. Installation happened while we live at home / at work. It was very nice the way they do installation. Jay worked out an installation plan with dates and time convenient to us. The crew did one room at a time, moving the furniture for us. We literally didn’t lift a finger. The quality of the floors they have is very nice. We looked at other options and can tell the difference in quality. It’s quiet to step on and is nice to look at every morning. If you are thinking of new floors, and you value high quality service, we recommend you talk to Pacific.
