Went into the store knowing nothing about guitars. Cameron took the time to explain and demonstrate several guitars from the way they are made to the way they sound. He asked many good questions to determine my needs and desires. Ultimately I ended up with a great guitar and am on my journey of learning to play. Thank you Cameron for taking the time and showing genuine care and curiosity.
I'm a frequent customer of Palen music from products to lessons and yesterday I had the pleasure of purchasing a new guitar via the help of Parker. He was fantastic. Parker is knowledgeable and a great listener to the customer's needs. No stone was left unturned. Thank you, Parker!
Andrew did a GREAT job setting up my acoustic! So glad I got the service plan so my set ups are free for the next 4 years! Heck yeah. Anyway, I upped a gauge and I’m happy I did, sounds great, plays great, and feels great!
Kevin helped with my son’s snare drum today and made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. He helped me to understand the issue and gave me feedback on other questions regarding his drum set. I was so impressed with his customer service and knowledge. Thank you!
Everything has been wonderful so far. Rebecca was awesome when she came to the school and spoke about rentals and the terms and conditions. She was not joking there is no hidden junk. I rented a flute and of course my kid decided he wanted to play saxophone. I went into the store on 8/19 and a very awesome man (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name) helped me switch the instruments out with no hesitation. The instrument looks great and he answered some questions I had also.
