I paid $100 to use the red light sauna at Palm Beach Tan and honestly it was a total waste of money. I had to listen to someone else’s music the entire time. It was not peaceful or relaxing at all. The session did not even last 45 minutes before it shut off abruptly. For the price this was extremely disappointing. I am glad I did not sign up for the membership they were pushing because this experience definitely did not make me want to come back. Not worth it.

After being a loyal paying customer for well over a year and a half, I finally cancelled my membership — and I cannot believe how unprofessional and predatory this business turned out to be. I came in for a quick spray tan with my 5-year-old, thinking he could quietly sit for the four minutes it takes to complete. Instead of offering any understanding or even basic customer service, I was treated like a problem and scolded over a waiver I supposedly signed nearly 18 months ago. Not once during all of my visits had this ever been brought up, but suddenly it was used against me in the most rigid and unprofessional way possible. When I asked to cancel my membership, things went from disappointing to outrageous. I was told I’d still be charged again on September 1st — even though I cancelled on August 28th. That means this business is knowingly billing customers for services they no longer want, hiding behind fine print, and calling it “policy.” That’s not policy — that’s predatory. It’s a blatant money grab, and it shows exactly how little they value loyalty or fairness. And the irony? They market themselves as “family friendly.” Nothing could be further from the truth. Parents aren’t made to feel welcome here — in fact, they go out of their way to make you feel like an inconvenience. Add in the dishonest billing practices and lack of professionalism from staff, and it’s clear this business cares more about squeezing every last dollar out of people than actually providing good service. If you’re thinking about joining, don’t. There are countless other places that won’t trap you with shady policies, won’t disrespect you as a loyal customer, and won’t pretend to be something they’re not. This business is unprofessional, untrustworthy, and absolutely not worth your time or money.

had such a great experience with customer service! From the moment I reached out, Sierra went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She was patient, kind, and really listened to what I needed. Not only did she answer all of my questions, but she also took the time to walk me through everything step by step so I felt confident moving forward. It’s rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares about making the process smooth and stress-free, but Sierra did exactly that. I left the conversation feeling valued and appreciated as a customer. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Wish I could leave 100 stars for Alyssa at the front desk, who always has a smile on her face, never Pressures or rushes you When they are busy, and Is extremely knowledgeable on all products and services offered. Clean facility, also!

I had a great first experience at Palm Beach Tan at 11398 Bandera Rd. The two young ladies at the front were incredibly pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. They quickly and clearly explained the process for a sunless tan, which I had never tried before. With summer approaching fast and most of my time spent indoors, I thought it would be a great idea to get a light, sun-kissed glow to feel more confident by the pool and on the beach. The staff made the whole experience comfortable and easy, and I’m really happy with the results. I’ll definitely be coming back!
