Pam has been training me for about 3 months now. I was looking for a personal trainer because I’ve fallen off from working out regularly and was feeling like 💩. My back, shoulder and hips were in pain (and I’m only in my mid-30’s!). My posture was starting to become terrible. My sedentary job was not helping. Pam is very forthright and passionate about helping people. Under her guidance, I’ve lost several percentage of body fat and have strengthen my muscles. Not only am I in less pain, but my physique has greatly improved! My glutes have never looked so perky 🤩 I’m now going 5-6 weeks between my chiropractic appointments (before, I was going almost every week). Pricing is very reasonable. She usually trains 2-3 people during the same appointment slot. We all have our own individual plans that we follow under her guidance. Everyone has been very friendly and kind. Few times I needed to change my appointment due to work/life and she has been very flexible. I feel so much better, physically and mentally! Thank you, Pam! 😄
I have been training with Pam for almost two months now and have been enjoying my workouts immensely. I actually discovered Pamela Young Fitness around October 2023 however wasn't quite ready to get back into the gym again but when I recently realized "now I'm ready" I remembered Pam and reached out to her.
